Exit Strategy in IT Outsourcing Contracts
12-12-2005
bron: TNT Law of the Rings
At the start of any IT contract outsourcing, making sure all the legal aspects of insourcing or resourcing are properly organized is critical. When drafting an outsourcing agreement, parties must not only consider the term of the outsourcing, but also what happens once the outsourcing is terminated. The customer should still be able to use its IT systems, and have an IT staff at its disposal. IT services that have been outsourced should be retransferred therefore to the customer or to another service provider.
