The team handles a large volume of corporate and M&A work with a particular focus on private equity. It also handles tax litigation, acquisition finance, PPP, real estate and VAT matters, amongst others. The team has recently found itself more involved with Russian and Central European transactions due to a large amount of investors in these countries going through the Netherlands.

Thijs Clement is praised by market commentators for his proactive approach to finding solutions. He recently advised the managers of Swets & Zeitlinger on the buyout of their company by Gilde Buy Out Partners.
