Van Doorne listed in top 10 deal makers

Van Doorne made the OverFusies top 10. Van Doorne came seventh in terms of total number of merger/takeover deals and deals per lawyer. The total value of the deals in which we were involved in 2004 represents around 2.3 billion euros.

The OverFusies 2004 annual report is the second report it has issued. OverFusies has been collecting data since January 2003. The database lists all deals in which one of the parties involved (seller, buyer or target) is Dutch and the transaction sum exceeds 5 million euros.

The OverFusies database is unique in the Netherlands. OverFusies claims that the trends spotted are representative and clearly shown by data available. The information serves the legal profession first and foremost but may be of interest to other business service providers as well.
