Kickoff with Johan Cruijff
Van Doorne has been a partner of the Johan Cruyff Foundation since November 2002.
This year will be our second shot at the soccer tournament for the Cruyff Foundation Cup. This tournament, at which existing relations of the foundation introduce new supporters from the business community, will be held for the second time in May.
At the tournament the business teams will not only play each other but also enter the arena facing the foundation’s all-star team. That team will feature Aaron Winter, Stanley Menzo, Richard Witschge and perhaps even the coaches of the Dutch national team. Johan Cruyff himself will be there for the teams: He will play and coach. You yourself can join in and play these soccer legends if you become business supporter of the Johan Cruyff Foundation for a small consideration.

About the Johan Cruyff Foundation
“If you have the opportunity to do something for someone else, just do it.”
That is the principle on which the Johan Cruyff Foundation is based. The Foundation was established in 1997 by Johan Cruyff, European soccer player of the 20th century.
The Johan Cruyff Foundation supports and stimulates sports and exercise for children with and without a handicap around the world.
Projects that can be realized with the support of the Cruyff Foundation include:
- Athletics and soccer for the physically and mentally handicapped
- Horse-riding for the handicapped
- A sports-stimulation project in Amsterdam
- Sports projects in general, such as skating, wheelchair basketball, swimming, wheelchair hockey and golf
- Cruyff Courts
- Various educational and health projects.
Our partners in these projects include the World Health Organization, the Dutch Basketball Association, the International Tennis Federation, Doctors for Kids, the Dutch FA and the Johan Cruyff University.
