Biography
Saskia Laseur has ten years experience as a notary. She began her career in the Hague, initially at a traditional practice, followed by functions at various specialized organisations. She has since increasingly focused on the semi-private and public sectors. Among her clients as notary and advisor are various government, health care, educational and charitable institutions. She speaks regularly at congresses, seminars and other events. She strongly believes that today, notaries must be pro-active legal advisors, along with their more traditional tasks. This view characterises her work within and beyond her professional area. She was on the board of the KNB for three years.
