Biography
Sander Maarschalkerweerd has been working as an attorney since 2001 and has been in the service of Van Doorne since 2005. From 2001 to 2005, Sander worked at the Amsterdam branch of an English law firm. After he completed his studies in law in 2000, Sander spent some time working for a legal, non-governmental organisation in the Niger Delta (Port Harcourt, Nigeria).
Sander specialises in corporate law, in the broadest sense. He advises companies in the field of company law and deals with legal disputes between companies (corporate litigation) and (international) arbitration proceedings. In addition, Sander is also involved in strategic transactions. Sander is a member of Van Doorne’s Corporate Litigation Team.
