Biography
Roel Botter joined the Amsterdam office of Van Doorne in 1988 and became a partner in 1996. He worked in the Brussels office in 1990 and headed the London office from 1998 through 2001. He has extensive experience in all types of financial transactions, including acquisition finance, asset finance, capital markets (debt and equity), financial restructurings, financial services and structured finance. He is contributor on banking and finance of 'Ondernemingsrecht', the leading magazine on Dutch corporate law, and publishes on banking and finance regularly. He is listed as a leading banking lawyer in several international law directories such as The Legal 500.
