Biography
Remco van Leeuwen has been working at Van Doorne since 1994, a partner since 2002 and heads the Intellectual Property section. He specialises in the protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights. In addition, he has expertise in internet-related matters. Remco advises and litigates on trademark rights, trade name rights, design rights and copyrights. His practice also includes advertising law, promotional activities, media and entertainment law, unauthorised competition and liability law. Remco has extensive experience with attachments, preliminary relief proceedings, proceedings on the merits and proceedings before self-regulatory bodies. He represents various clients ranked in the Top 100 Global Brands (BusinessWeek).
Independent international surveys recommend Remco as an expert in the area of Intellectual Property.
