Biography
Michelle’s specialist area within the notarial field is property law. She has ample experience in the transfer of commercial and non-commercial property and securing collateral, as well as large national and international property transactions. Michelle also has extensive experience in advising large housing corporations, particularly in connection with setting up and implementing the legal structure of property to be sold off in single units (e.g. divisions into condominiums, issue of leasehold land, divisions of leasehold and the creation of easements and building rights). Michelle is also involved in merger processes between health care establishments, governance issues and property transactions in the health sector.
