Biography
Marjolijn joined Van Doorne in November 1994. She specializes in employment law with a focus on reorganizations, transfer of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, employees' participation issues, individual and mass redundancy law and harmonization of terms of employment. She both advises and litigates in these fields. Her clientele includes Dutch and foreign clients.
Marjolijn is chair of Van Doorne's Sports Group, which advises sports federations, sports managers and sports agents, individual athletes and others who are active in sports.
She is a member of the Amsterdam Association of Lawyers specialized in Employment Law and the European Employment Lawyers Association, as well as a board member of the Rudolf Lehmann Fund. Marjolein has been recommended by the Legal 500 2007 for her expertise in Sports law.
