Biography
Johan Boeren was admitted to the Rotterdam Bar in 1985. He was made partner with the Rotterdam-based law firm Schaap & Partners in 1992 where he had a broad practice in both advice and litigation with a clear focus on corporate law. He joined Price Waterhouse in 1997 to head its legal services department in the Netherlands. He further specialised in merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and private equity and held various management positions. Johan has broad experience in advising on medium to large- scale transactions on behalf of both Dutch-based and international clients.
