Biography
Johan Boeren has extensive experience in providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and reorganisations for numerous Dutch and foreign clients. Johan heads the Commercial Contracting team of Van Doorne. He provides legal counsel in matters such as the formation of strategic alliances. Johan also has ample managerial experience, for example as managing partner of Van Doorne (2004-2007).
