Biography
Frans-Jozef Crousen (1962) has been working as a lawyer since 1988. He started in employment law and switched to corporate law 14 years ago. He is now a partner in Van Doorne?s Corporate practice group. His daily practice focuses on transactions: mergers, acquisitions, business succession, management buy-outs, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation. As a member of the Family Firms Team, Frans-Jozef has assisted many (selling) DGA?s and buyers of family firms as well. Hence, his experience in the acquisition of family businesses is very thorough. Frans-Jozef frequently lectures before a variety of audiences on family firms and aspects relating to their sale.
