Biography
Daan ter Braak has been working as a candidate notary since 1997, specializing in corporate law. Daan's broad experience is in the creating and founding of national and international corporate law structures, assisting on management buy-outs, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, national and international restructuring, acquisitions structures and their financing. Daan has expert knowledge of the rules pertaining to articles of association and alterations thereto made by separate contract. Daan ter Braak frequently gives presentations on corporate law subjects in the broadest sense. He also teaches a course on the new European company structure.
