France and Russia, to serve our foreign clients who do business in the
Netherlands or Dutch clients who do the same abroad. In this context,
we assist our clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures,
IPOs, public offers, tax structuring and planning. An
understanding of the cultural and commercial differences between the
Netherlands and these countries is crucial in this respect.
