Aberdeen European Balanced Property Fund

Van Doorne successfully assisted Aberdeen European Balanced Property Fund in the purchase of shopping centres in the heart of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. The purchase comprises the Arena shopping centre, the adjacent shopping arcade STOA and their multi-storey car parks, totalling 11,800 m2 of lettable retail space and 900 parking spaces. The lessees include H&M, Albert Heijn, New Yorker, La Place and Q-Park.
