AM and Ymere

Van Doorne acts as legal advisor to AM and Ymere in the development of the new Waterlandplein in North Amsterdam

AM and Ymere are developing new construction in the centre of North Amsterdam within the Nieuw Waterlandplein C.V. property development consortium  This development involves a combination of over 200 owner-occupied and non-subsidised rental homes, 90 social housing rental homes, (underground) parking garages with over 300 spaces, approx. 4,000 m2 of social and community facilities (library, community centre and health centre) and approx. 9,500 m2 of commercial and office accommodation on the ground floor. The new property development at Waterlandplein is a major initial step in the realisation of the total transformation of Nieuwendam Noord as part of North Amsterdam. Van Doorne acts as legal advisor to the property development consortium for the ground lease granting process and the division of the new complexes into condominiums.
