Van Doorne acted as counsel to the management of the Maxeda Retail Group divested portfolio company of Hunkemöller (sold to private equity investor PAI Partners).

Advice and support Hunkemöller management on the sale of Hunkemöller by Maxeda Retail Group BV to the French private equity investor PAI Partners SAS in light of their management participation in Hunkemöller. Value: EUR 260 million.

Hunkemöller has a leading position as European lingerie specialist and has an international network of nearly 500 stores. PAI Partners is a very experienced European investment company. Retail is one of its most important branches and, furthermore, PAI Partners is experienced in supporting companies offering proprietary brand in the food and consumer market.

The Van Doorne team included Ewout van Asbeck (partner tax) and Onno Boerstra (partner corporate).
