Municipality of Amstelveen

Various construction projects are being developed in collaboration with property developers and housing associations within the Municipality of Amstelveen. As the Municipality of Amstelveen’s preferred supplier of legal services,

Van Doorne advises the municipality on a number of key projects. For example, Van Doorne was advisor to the municipality during the redevelopment of Uilenstede (a student campus). This project involved the construction of 700 homes, offices and shops. Van Doorne drafted all the contracts and facilitated the municipality’s negotiations with the contract partners. Van Doorne is also providing assistance to the municipality in the development of Westwijk.

Not only did Van Doorne draw up all the necessary contracts, it also supports the municipality during the performance of the contracts, in civil, spatial planning and environmental law. The notarial work ensuing from the contracts is handled by Van Doorne as well.
