SkyTeam, the world's second largest airline alliance, and the restructuring of its 'Alliance Membership Structure'.

Van Doorne advised and assisted SkyTeam, its current Members (Air France, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Korean Air, Aeroflot, Alitalia, Aeromexico, CSA and China Southern) and its new Members (Vietnam Airlines, Tarom, Kenya Airways and Air Europa) in relation to the worldwide revision of its Alliance Membership Structure. In this context, Van Doorne prepared all contractual and corporate alliance documentation reflecting this revised structure.

On the Van Doorne team were Guus Kemperink (partner), Sander Maarschalkerweerd (senior associate) and Rob Wouters (associate). For all US law aspects in this matter, Van Doorne worked together with Davis, Polk & Wardwell, New York.
