Sale of Dutch-based convenience food activities

Convenience Foods Europe B.V., subsidiary of ING-owned private equity investment firm Parcom, is planning to acquire 100% of the share capital in Greencore Convenience Foods Alphen B.V. and Greencore Convenience Foods Liessel B.V. from Greencore Convenience Foods Europe B.V. As a result, Convenience Foods Europe B.V. shall acquire complete control over Greencore Convenience Foods Alphen B.V. and Greencore Convenience Foods Liessel B.V.
