Biography
Harm Uittien has been working at Van Doorne since 2003 as a member of the corporate practice group. Prior to joining Van Doorne, Harm worked for another leading Dutch law firm at their New York office and for a number of years in London. Harm specialises in company and corporate law and has extensive experience in the area of public offers, (leveraged) buyouts, (international) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and corporate governance. He runs the Public M&A and ECM team.
